Custodial

Skanska has been involved in the construction of custodial projects in the UK for more than a decade. We have a strong relationship with our operating partners, Serco, in delivering high class, innovative, quality PFI custodial projects.

We have successfully delivered in excess of fifteen projects in the UK with a further two projects currently on-site.
