We provide a range of maintenance services at Moor House, a large prestigious office near Moorgate in the City of London.
Skanska looks after, and maintains, the fabric of the building, together with providing mechanical and electrical services. Moor House was designed by Foster + Partners and has 18 storeys and 332,833sqft of office space.
We recognise the importance of developing successful relationships with our customers and have a proven track record of delivery. In the case of Moor House, we have been providing maintenance services since 2005. In 2020, we won a further five-year contract to continue providing these services. Key tenants who we provide services to include Citadel Bank.

We can support our clients right through from construction, to mechanical and electrical installation and the operation of the building.
This was the case with Moor House, which Skanska UK built and completed in 2005. We also installed all the mechanical and electrical services within the building.
