The journey for all early careers roles begins online with your application, followed by some online assessments and a short interview over the phone. If you’re successful, we will invite you in for an assessment centre. The process aims to assess your skills and judgement to ensure Skanska is the right move for you and that you fit our values and ethos.

Online assessments Situational Judgement Assessment: You’ll read scenarios and decide how you might respond to them. These are not timed. | Video interview We’ll ask you to answer 4 motivational questions to explore why you would enjoy the role and working with Skanska. You will have up to 3 minutes to answer each question and you can re-record your answers until you are happy with them. |

| Assessment Day / Interview Day You’ll be invited to one of our offices or sites where you will meet our team, get to know the working environment, and have the opportunity to ask questions. As part of the day, you will also complete a group exercise and an interview. |

| Feedback and offer We’ll let you know the outcome within 7-10 days from attending an Assessment Day or an Interview, and offer you some feedback. |
